Are and the lack of transit in that particular location it makes it very difficult to access the site otherwise. Right thats why we need more car sharing than less so people can use those cars the way to get around and the amenity to be able to get back and forth ill see what my fellow commissioners have to say but i have a suggestion. Steve a land use attorney one point that you can offer the ride share Parking Spaces but for 29 unit it will be a challenge to get a car Share Company interested in that but we can accommodate them but unlivable with 29 spaces more than a car Share Company would...
