Storm scan is clear as you look closely very minor hint of cloud cover, and, skies are clear, and it stays that way because of the clear skies, lack of the blanket and cloud cover, there you go i knew joe would like that. Yes. It is very chilly by comparison in the last 24 hours. Almost anywhere from 20 to 30 degrees colder, then this same time yesterday. It is a bright, bright Sunny Afternoon on this last friday here in philadelphia.
