Reporter each and every day hundreds if not thousands of villanova students cross lancaster avenue near Saint Thomas Church on their radnor campus. It is a busy road. Wait, wait. Reporter every day you can catch students crossing against the light, despite traffic, barely barreling towards them. Kids are crossing over when they should not be and problems. Reporter as part of the 285 milliondollar expansion project, radnor township has approved this pedestrian walkway. The bridge was a waste to make sure students were safe and keep them off the road. Reporter but commissioner luke clark says it is what is perched atop the bridge that has some living in radnor concerned. Controversy where cross is, villanova was proposing to put on the bridge.
