Year is barely underway but seven Elementary Schools and four middle schools wrapped up two hours early. Not all parents and guardians, many who had to rearrange child care believe in the decision. This will negatively affect their education. We never had days off when i went to school. Reporter School Officials say the heat and humidity are too extreme and the early dismissal involves schools with limited or no airconditioning.
