Leaders there take action after protesters took over briefly the city hall a couple of days ago and have created their own capitol hill autonomous zone that they refer to as chaz, ainsley. Ainsley video shows the National Guard leaving the precinct on monday. Officers there say they have scaled back their presence in the area.
