COVID concerns keep Stark Dems home for Biden-Harris inauguration
The last time a Democratic president was sworn in for his first term, many of Barack Obama's supporters in Stark County excitingly sought tickets to the 2009 inauguration. Canton Councilwoman Chris Smith, D-4, then-Stark NAACP President Moniquec Connor, then-Canton Council President Allen Schulman, Democratic campaign consultant Deametrious St. John and others were able to snag tickets.
