In the hills south of coulterville, the Detwiler Fire is still sending hillsides to flames, leaving a blackened moonscape in its wake, broken up only by the white ashes of manzanita. Five miles north of mariposa, after five days of evacuations, kevin poe came home to find his home was still standing. Im glad. I mean, im happy. My place is left. Calm winds. A little bit variable, however, so right now we are seeing issues as far as fog is concerned. Less than a mile and a half. 4mile visibility in babylon and belmar less than a mile. There is a fog advisory that has been issued by the National Weather service in effect until 9 00 a. M. So, lets take a look at our vortex radar. The clouds are thick and soupy. Existing lets say retail space and you are spending 100,000 and you are going to trigger improvement for ada access. It almost seems like this should be an economic factor where its a per square foot or how do you want to say, per square foot number and that triggers a 10 per square foot has to go towards improvements of the building. It would seem like we have something pretty set so its not arbitrator. It would seem that can we say a calculation is made per square foot gets more in rent and therefore 15 percent or 25 percent of that goes towards maintaining the building. I would like to see something very concrete like that.
