The 43-story, 310-unit building at 200 W. 67th St. fetched $265 million in a hush-hush transaction last week, sources said. The seller, A&R Kalimian Realty, defaulted on a $225 million senior mortgage last summer. The purchase price was slightly higher than the mortgage amount plus a $25 million subordinate loan.
