Two boys who had been missing since Friday have been found, officials said. The boys, Dwight Clarke III, 8, and his 9-month old brother, Sebastian Hagler, were believed to be with their mother, Joleah McMillan, according to statements issued Friday and Saturday by the Fayetteville Police Department. LUMBERTON — Two Robeson County men are accused of being cruel to animals, officials said. The men were arrested Monday after separate investigations, according to statements released by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
