Breaking news out of california. Severe flash flooding overnight devastating towns and mountains east of los angeles. Key access roads cut off, its from massive mudslides. Some mudslides 12 to 15 feet high. Rivers of debris and mud flowing downstream, the result of rain coming down fast and fierce. As much as 4 inches in less than an hour. The flooding has cut off access to two mountain towns in San Bernardino county, stranding thousands of people. The streets are clogged. A hot tub covered in mud clogging the streets.
