Help has begun for people in Calhoun County who owe back rent and for landlords who haven't collected. The Covid Emergency Rental Assistance program has $8 million for Calhoun County to help people pay rent they missed because of COVID-19. "A majority of Calhoun County needs it," said Lisa Gallo, case manager at Summit Point Housing. "COVID has really devastated everything."
