This morning. Not really having much of an impact but if you see a burst of that youll want to slow it down. 23 degrees currently in philadelphia. The big story right now is how it feels. 17 degrees in allentown, 19 in reading, 21 in trenton, 23 degrees in wilmington, 25 in millville. And of course the winds are still running in the teens this morning and thats giving you these wind chills. This is what it feels like. 12 degrees in trenton.
