Is so high that having somebody to provide for you makes living a lot easier. sure does. sandra: seeking an easy solution. new york post why the trend is bad for women. says men are getting all the benefits of regular companionship and home making without having to put a ring on it. it will leave women single when they are older and childless and also drained. geez. i guess none of the papers see an up side. up side is short-term and if it s something you want to do for a little while, like when you have a gap year and you go to italy with a girlfriend for a few months before you get serious and go back to college, that s fine. this is not a lifelong strategy, and you know, it s a sugar high that will leave you feeling shakey and empty at the end. sandra: one described it as that. you have a daughter, i have daughters, i m telling them provide your own choices, make sure you have choices to do whatever you want to do ....
Because he has never been in politics. we now know he has almost never voted before. he can say anything. he is like the guy running for student council who will say we can have free beer. he can be a fox commentator, a trump cabinet, it s all up side for him. when i ran for student council, i did a goonies theme. it wasn t beer. i hear what you are saying. to that point, i mean it s something to be a kind of outsider when you don t have to run your record, you have other governors on the stage who really and former u.n. ambassadors, to name a few, who you have a record you can point to, pick away if you need to. and you have president biden, of course, who wihen he was on tha stage in the center vying for the dnc nomination everyone was looking at his senate record, as the vice president, also what his president barack obama was doing as well. he has commented on trump s arrest. he did so today. ....
I don t know if that s enough to win the republican nomination. for haley, desantis, tim scott, they have that up side. dana: desantis. there was a lot of lead-up saying he wanted to say it is a two-person race between him and donald trump. was he effective in doing that last night? bill: i thought we would see more. he had a fine debate. talked about his conservative record in florida. he had his talking points prepared. he knew what he wanted to say. it was a fine performance but look, ron desantis was supposed to be at the center of the stage. supposed to be at the center of all the debates and dominating last night. i did not see that. there is only so much time left for the guy who is supposed to be the biggest trump challenger to make that argument to voters. dana: the other person at the center of the stage was vivek ramaswamy. i m wondering i think he has momentum. a fresh face, outsider doing well in this republican the last 8 or 16 years. ....
There. the thing we are seeing both in what people we were talking to and also in public opinion polls, a new quinnipiac poll shows 66% of republicans see this as politically motivated while something like 66% of democrats, around 60% of democrats they see this as being motivated by the law there is a split there when you think of republicans versus democrats and how they re viewing this, chris. josh, we haven t heard anything, at least i didn t see anything as i was looking for comments from world leaders. what are you hearing from your post in london . reporter: you can understand why foreign leaders are loathe to weigh in on this. they don t want to touch this with a 10 foot pole. there s no up side especially many of these foreign leaders don t know if donald trump could well be president again some day certainly, the media across the world is following this closely with newspapers here in europe running headlines fairly gleefully, such as germany s newspaper, historic decisio ....
