Small bumps in the road. On the off ramp from 26th street to the schuylkill expressway headed westbound. It looks like theyre starting to get the situation a little bit under control. We do have an accident scene thats blocking most of the lanes for that ramp. As you can see, no traffic still being allowed to move through. Hopefully that changes in the next couple of minutes. There will be some backup, of course, approing this scene right now. You can see the penndot crews there. They moved the car. It was completely facing sideways, ing belowing all lanes right there. They just moved it a second ago. It looks like were getting the situation under control. Approaching the schuylkill, headed westbound, you might see delays. If we see signs that a voting machine or system is vulnerable to hacking, we inform those local authorities who are running the elections they need to be careful. If we see jurisdictions that are violating federal law ....

California, vermont, and West Virginia have passed similar laws. Other states are leaning in that direction as well. It is estimated that if implemented at dmvs, but other key Government Agencies not just the dmv, these needed reforms could add 50 million eligible voters to the rules to the rolls, save money, and increase accuracy in the record necessary to the system.
