章阁社区激发干事创业热情打造"奋斗型"社区_龙华网_百万龙华人的网上家园

福城街道的最北部，是章阁社区，富士康科技集团（福城园区）就位于此。在这里，聚集了近7万名青工。
在龙华区委组织部、福城街道党工委的坚强领导和有力支持下，章阁社区党委聚焦青工需求，聚焦“奋斗、爱国、安心”主题，建设以党群服务中心为圆心，产业奉献者党群服务V站、产业奉献者运动场、产业奉献者青春舞台及初心长廊等阵地为外延的党群服务阵地集群，为青工群体打造安家落户、干事创业的生活圈、朋友圈、成长圈。
日前，在广东省“两优一先”表彰中，福城街道章阁社区党委获评“广东省先进基层党组织”。
厚植“奋斗”元素让每个人都有出彩机会
夕阳西下，走在章阁社区，广场上的奋斗者雕塑，党群服务中心外的奋斗者长廊，社区公园里的奋斗小径……无处不在的“奋斗”元素，在富士康青工覃鹏的心头激荡起别样的激情。在章阁，他找到了归属感，找到了奋斗的方向，也拥有出彩的机会。
幸福都是奋斗出来的！对于“奋斗”，覃鹏有深刻体悟。入职富士康后，他凭借一股“放手去做”的拼搏精神，从一名流水线员工成长为龙华工匠，不断自学，实现从“文”到“技”的“跨界”，今年还荣获了“深圳市五一劳动奖章”。
营造浓郁的奋斗氛围，引导更多“覃鹏”脱颖而出，向上发展，成为章阁社区党委打造奋斗型社区的第一要义。2019年以来，章阁社区党委采取多点连片方式，织密主题党群服务阵地网，以富士康科技集团（福城园区）为“圆心”，建设“1＋1＋6＋6”党群阵地体系，形成多形态、广覆盖的奋斗文化主题空间，用听得懂的话宣传党的主张，用看得到的好、感受得到的情，增强青工对街道、社区的了解和信任，引导爱党爱国、奋斗进取。
依托党群服务中心，章阁社区党委重点打造便民服务生活圈、朋友圈、成长圈。生活圈为刚踏入章阁的人提供工作、生活“一站式”服务的各类资源，助安身。朋友圈为章阁人提供交流互动平台，“抱团取暖”、融入社区，助安心。成长圈则建设工匠学堂、青工学堂、成长书房等，面向青工开展编程、软件开发等技能、素质提升课程，为青工奋斗圆梦，助乐业。
在以“奋斗、良序、智慧、安心、仁爱”为内涵的人文社区建设中，奋斗已然成为章阁最响亮的一张名片。
构建“1＋1＋N”团队推出“点单式”健康服务
奋斗者从来不缺大胆创新的开拓精神。2020年下半年起，在上级有关部门的指导帮助下，章阁社区党委开始在社区公共卫生服务方面开展探索，积极推进“健康章阁”建设，形成以党组织为引领、以“三社联动”（即“社区＋社康＋社工”）为依托、以志愿服务为载体的社区公共卫生服务新格局。这种模式致力为青工和居民安心在章阁安家乐业、奋斗追梦打造更安心的健康环境，让仁爱撒播于章阁每个家庭。
“三社联动”模式下，章阁社区党委联合龙华区中心医院、福城区域社康中心构建“1＋1＋N”社区健康服务体系，以88个基础网格及社区总人口为基准，划分11个医疗服务网格，每个医疗服务网格配备“1＋1＋N”家庭医生管理团队（即1个全科医生，1个社康护士，“N”个专科医生、公卫医生、中医生、健康促进员、社工、网格员等人员），按照所属片区分片包干、责任到人，充分发挥社区工作者人熟、地熟优势，对有需要的家庭开展组团入户开展“点单式”健康服务，努力让每个章阁家庭都有“医”靠。
同时，社区党委针对不同群体建设“自助健康体检长廊”“关爱工坊”“关爱基金”等，推进健康小区、健康园区建设，开展常态化培训，丰富青工、居民的健康常识；依托积分银行平台，推进社康医疗体验券兑换，为热心社区发展的社区达人打通健康服务“最后一公里”。
