Fire flared up in the middle of san jose. Good evening. Tonight, the fire has shutdown a stretch of capitol express way, not far from east ridge mall. It started two hours ago in an empty lot. The thick black smoke was visible for miles that dissipated quite a bit over the past 30 minutes or so. Snow structures damaged.
