Reporter hes outraged by whats taken place and he has more questions for the city police chief. We have to use the police we do have in a more effective manner. It doesnt take a very large group that are that active or violence to cause a lot of destruction in a short period of time. Tonight as they handle it. That will allow the Oakland Police to stay on city streets and try to protect businesses. Again, the chief acknowledges there have been short cocomings.
