in the terrorism cases. these people will say hateful things about americans wanted to do violence to the united states. things that when you hear, it makes you not want to like the person. that affects the ability of the jury to find entrapment. was the person predisposed to committing the crime were not for the fbi providing the means to do so? that is what the real question is. people say they want to commit these crimes, but they lack the means to commit these crimes. if the person says he wants to do, then the department of justice is able to meet that predisposition bar. mitt r...
