Its hard to say because i dont think they had an incentive to move quickly at that point in time. But they took about two years. And part of that may have been driven by the Environmental Review and. Yeah. Weve consulted with the Planning Department and we do have the waterfront Supplemental Environmental Impact report. I think the early read is that we may be able to tier off of that prior environmental work for this project, that it was the type of use that was contemplated.
