Its my understanding that under the proposition ee that raising the fares was contingent upon Public Performance of muni, that when you raise the fares it was on the basis that muni improve the service delivery. The fact that muni service right now is at an alltime low makes that it would seem to make that raising of the fare inappropriate. And i think it is illegal to do so and i would like clarification on that.
