Radar. it makes more sense to you than suggesting it dipped to 4,000 feet. again, sticking on what they say, at least, though, could it have been something mechanical? there was an emergency which caused them, you know, to take the plane that low? okay, so let s back up on this, then. some reason it took a hard left turn and the transponder went out. that would be the most likely place that an emergency occurred. but he didn t drop there. he flew all the way across malaysia before he then dropped to 5,000 feet according to what they re saying. that doesn t make any sense to me either. if you had a problem and you knew you had a problem, when you re doing not doing enough to come off of your route from beijing, not call anybody, my radios don t work, nothing s happening, it s not working, then all of a sudden halfway down say oh, now i ve got a problem. now i ve got to go to 5,000 feet. it doesn t make sense. what about the idea that it got back up to altitude again? is this somet ....

They don t know what it is without a transponder on it. i wonder if this was an effort to make it difficult for people to use cell phones by staying over water. that s an option as well. mary, how about you? you re skeptical about this flight path mostly because you don t think indonesia has the ability to say 100% the plane didn t cross its airspace. how so? that s right. i want goes back to the old saying how do you prove a negative. i did some research on the indonesian airspace and what was very interesting is indonesia in the indonesian press contrary to what the government says, the indonesian radar is very problematic. 70% of them don t function well. the military radar, according to some articles was so bad they only operate 12 out of 24 hours a day. one article said civilian radar is absolutely impossible to pick up a civilian plane. and they have a new process going where they are rebuilding ....

Point? well, i don t know how they could trust the malaysian authorities. they ve given so much misinformation and they ve colored everything they ve said with characterizations and conclusions, as opposed to the raw facts. and the fact is, we know the transponder stopped working. we don t know that it was turned off yet. now it s accepted as a fact that it was. we keep hearing about intentional misconduct, when there s really no facts to support it. we have abandoned every single theory that would put any responsibility on the part of the airline or on boeing, and boeing and the airline are the ones investigating themselves. so it s really difficult. this has exact is exactly what occurred in the indonesia aircraft, where we kept hearing the same things early on, even days before anything was uncovered, before there was any radar data. you heard the same kind of talk. all right. mr. marks, you managed to make the point eloquently that you ve just about sort of taken everybody of ....

Literally. also why would they fly right across malaysia if the goal was to avoid radar. malaysia has radar too and this is a primary target. they don t know what it is without a transponder on it. i wonder if this was an effort to make it difficult for people to use cell phones by staying over water. that s an option as well. mary, how about you? you re skeptical about this flight path mostly because you don t think indonesia has the ability to say 100% the plane didn t cross its airspace. how so? that s right. i want goes back to the old saying how do you prove a negative. i did some research on the indonesian airspace and what was very interesting is indonesia in the indonesian press contrary to what the government says, the indonesian radar is very problematic. 70% of them don t function well. the military radar, according to some articles was so bad they only operate 12 out of 24 hours ....
