In the history museum, does a lot of heavy lifting and stands in for historical narratives, beyond the characteristics that define the object itself. So, lets just talk for a moment about the civil war and 50 objects, which is why this program. Harold, tell us about it and how the objects can help tell the complex story of the civil war. It is extraordinary, really, because when we undertook this project, eight years ago, it was difficult to find just 50 objects, although we think they tell the story of the war. It is a story of art, as you mentioned, artifacts, art, and objects standing in for the larger story.
