Family of Saniyya Dennis The family of a Buffalo State College student missing since last weekend has put up a $10,000 reward for information that leads to her safe return. In the meantime, the family of Saniyya Dennis has traveled to Buffalo from New York City, and expressed their frustration Friday over the investigation so far. Dennis, a sophomore at Buffalo Bronx native, was last seen leaving her on-campus residence hall late Saturday evening. Investigators say the last ping identified from her mobile phone was around 1:20 the following morning near Goat Island in Niagara Falls. Peter Carey, Chief of University Police at Buffalo State College, explained that no activity had been traced to her phone since. ....
The University Police Department at Buffalo State College is asking the public to help them locate a student who has been missing since late Saturday night. The student is identified as 19-year-old Saniyya Dennis, a sophomore at Buffalo State. The Bronx native was last seen leaving her residence hall at around 11 p.m. April 24. Investigators say there is no evidence of foul play at this time but they believe she may be in need of medical attention. Credit University Police at Buffalo State College Dennis is described as a Black female, 5 feet and 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds. Police suspect she may either still be in Western New York or may have traveled to Yonkers. ....
