New this morning, police saying an officer shot his gun during a struggle with a suspect. It happened on walker mill road in capital heights. Around 11 00 p. M. , an officer heard a car crash, went out to check it out. When he arrived, a man was running from the scene. According to police, the man tried to take the officers gun.
