地方中心／台北報導 水利處指出，大稻埕碼頭完工運作多年，原本組裝式的浮台碼頭，為了避免洪氾時因水流湍急或是水位上漲，有將碼頭沖散漂流危及下游安全的風險，故每次在颱風警報期間都需要進行拆卸撤離，除了每次拆裝所費不訾，而且拆裝過程中工作人員有時需暴露在風雨交加的環境中，也有相當的風險。 水利處河工科表示，經過該處就上述情況重新檢討規畫後，決定將針對碼頭構造進行改造，包含將固定樁加高至與堤頂同高，再強化結...
