We walked several miles with them. We were toward the back of the group. We werent in the front of the group. And, suddenly, in an intersection in front of us, with about twothirds of the group in front of us, and about a third including us behind, state police and a number of cars, supported by National Guard, moved into the intersection, got out, and began firing, entirely unprovoked, at the group.
