Bill conger, boulder cities chief of Police Administration has resigned, and while the city wont officialy say its because of the animal control investigaton. Those who have been following the case closely say him leaving his post can only help. The public wants transparency in the case and we want a full fair thorough investigation so if that was being hindered in any way by the police chief him stepping helps that case.
