Theres an outbreak in san jose youve always wanted never get to point to the weather on this job for a jog and areas east of san jose that is definitely the spot that we are looking at some of our heavier rainfall right now, but as you guys also mention most other areas the lighter side of things. Officials at the cdc said they do not know how the patient who is from Solano County, picked up the infection. We are at the Solano Health department to learn why there was a delay in testing that particular person. Reporter good morning. Nirly they did not test for the coronavirus because the patient did not fit the profile for travel. Visibility was an issue, so they say rain could have played a role in this crash. Too early to tell at this point, but they suspect that weather would be to blame for this.
