Police are investigating two separate shootings, two blocks and ten minutes apart. We are not sure if they are isolated incident or if they are related but we know each of these victims was shot at separate locations. Reporter first happened just after midnight near darrah and philmore streets. When offices arrived they found 15 spent shell casing from his two guns but no victims. Immediately thereafter they learn and realized that a 22year old male victim who was shot at this intersection ran after being shot to aria Frankford Hospital.
