Discotek Media Acquires ‘Arion’ Anime Feature One of those projects that’s just been wanted by a lot of older fans for a long time is the 1986 feature film Arion. The historical fantasy has now been picked up by Discotek Media for release next year on Blu-ray as a subtitled-only release. Sadly, they couldn’t produce a dub for it because the music and effects track couldn’t be found separate, so there’s no way to weave a dub into it. Release details will come later. The film was directed by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko based on his original work and designs and he co-wrote the screenplay with Akiko Tanaka. Sunrise produced the animation for it.
