Riley June Williams, 22, is facing federal charges, including involvement in the Capitol Building riot, theft of government property, attempting to cover tracks online, and obstructing a government proceeding. During a court hearing on Monday, a Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutor said the government is aware that Williams has reportedly deleting her accounts online and changing devices. Camden County Authorities Charge Pennsylvania Man with Deadly Hit-and-Run

Police identified then charged a Philadelphia as the driver in a fatal hit-and-run incident in Runnemede on Jan. 3, Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Runnemede Police Chief Paul Dailey said.
According to Camden County officials, Mr. Gregory Graves, 40, of Philadelphia, is charged with one count of second-degree Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident, one count of third-degree Being Involved in a Fatal Accident with a Suspended License, and one count of third-degree Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution.
Authorities said in a statement, officers responded to the intersection of the S. Black Horse Pike and East Clements Bridge Rd. in Runnemede around 4:50 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. ....

A West Virginia Delegate Faces Federal Charges for Being Involved in the Capitol Riot West Virginia state legislator Derrick Evans is charged with illegally entering U.S. Capitol during riot. Evans had filmed himself and others going into the Capitol and posted the video on social media.
Derrick Evans, a newly sworn-in West Virginia delegate has been charged with violent entry, entering a restricted public building, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds Wednesday, as per WSAZ.
