Bolton business leader is put forward for big award

THE founder of a Bolton-based digital marketing agency is celebrating after being nominated for a prestigious award. Matt Tomkin, founder of agency Tao Digital Marketing, Knowsley Street in the town centre, has been shortlisted for ‘Business Person of the Year’ at the Greater Manchester Business Awards. Tao Digitial launched just over four years ago but has been going from strength to strength since then. The company has received seven award nominations in the last year, both internationally and nationally. These include the Global Marketing Awards where they were nominated for the best global business to business campaign with Fleetcover and the UK Digital Growth Awards where they were nominated for the best business to business ‘Pay-Per-Click’ marketing campaign with Hilton Smythe.
