　　李文硕：“韧性”的基本含义是反弹、回到原始状态。该词最早用于工程领域，随后与系统论相结合，出现了关注生态系统互动关系的“社会生态韧性”概念。这一概念认为，生态系统所呈现的不是静止的、平衡的状态，而是发展变化的状态。复杂的社会生态系统在应对各种干扰时，应当具备持续不断地学习、创新、适应和改变等能力。城市是高度复杂的、开放的人类生态系统� ....
