A LEGAL CHALLENGE TO STOP THE SENATE STEAL IN GEORGIA

A LEGAL CHALLENGE TO STOP THE SENATE STEAL IN GEORGIA
A LEGAL CHALLENGE TO STOP THE SENATE STEAL IN GEORGIA
This challenge concerns a very nebulous statement by the United States Supreme Court, as to whether “voter registration” is a “qualification” to vote for federal Senate seats. The Supreme Court specifically dodged this issue in 2013, and it’s time a Georgia litigant brought it back to them,

"Proud that Barbara Johns will soon represent Virginia in the U.S. Capitol"

To put it mildly, this represents a massive upgrade from Robert E. Lee, who led a military rebellion against the United States of America, all in the service of “states rights”….the right, that is, to own and exploit/abuse humans as slaves. The only bad news here is that this change from Lee to Johns took so long, but it’s great to see nonetheless! Thanks to Rep. Donald McEachin (D-VA04), Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-VA10), and everyone else involved in making this happen!
P.S. See below for Gov. Northam’s press release.

An analysis of “India Human Development Survey data, 2005” showed that only 2.21 per cent of all married women between the age of 15-49 had married outside their religion. (Illustration by C R Sasikumar)
In 1967, when Richard Loving challenged the ban on inter-racial marriages in the State of Virginia, the United States Supreme Court stated in Loving v. Virginia, “Under our Constitution, the freedom to marry, or not marry, a person of another race resides with the individual, and cannot be infringed by the State…We have consistently denied the constitutionality of measures which restrict the rights of citizens on account of race. There can be no doubt that restricting the fr ....

To embed, copy and paste the code into your website or blog:
Prior to the advent of social media, employers were generally comfortable drawing a bright line between what employees did on their own time and workplace misconduct. Those bygone times, however, have been replaced by a modern era wherein employers are forced to apply employment laws created before the personal computer to their workforce in an increasingly virtual world. The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically accelerated this transition to a virtual workplace. In this installment of #No Filter, we explore sample cases involving public employers and their decisions to take disciplinary action following objectionable social media posts. ....
