Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has not signed a letter to Acting U.S. Attorney General Jeff Rosen condemning the deadly riot at the Capitol on January 6, making him the only state AG not to do so.
The attorneys general of 50 U.S. states and territories from the National Association of Attorneys General sent a letter to Rosen condemning the storming of the Capitol on January 12.
Louisiana, Indiana and Montana also didn t sign the January 12 letter, but attorneys general from those three states issued a joint letter of their own to Rosen on Wednesday. Their letter condemned the violence at the Capitol but also criticized antifa. ....
