TAMPA, Fla. - The most precious piece of silver in sports is bringing gold to Tampa Bay businesses. As the Stanley Cup Final kicks off with the Lightning playing at Amalie Arena, money is pouring into businesses that have had their toughest year in memory.
Yeoman s Cask and Ale, which is a stone s throw from Amalie Arena, says business will be up by more than 70%.
It is a lot of fun and a lot of money, said Ashley Miller, who works there as a bartender.

WEST HARTFORD, A defendant in a federal drug case with ties to a West Hartford storage unit was sentenced to more than six years in prison.
Leonard C. Boyle, acting United States attorney for the District of Connecticut, said Thursday that Luis Collazo-Rivera, 40, of Caguas, Puerto Rico, has been sentenced by U.S. District Judge Vanessa L. Bryant in Hartford to 75 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for trafficking cocaine from Puerto Rico to Connecticut through the U.S. Mail. ....
