เอกชน ขานรับยกระดับมาตรการคุมเข้มโควิด 3 จังหวัด ชี้หากใช้มาตรการเหมือน เม.ย.ปีก่อน ไม่กระทบการผลิต จี้รัฐบาลเร่งตรวจเชิงรุกคัดแยก พร้อมหาทางแก้ไขปูพรมวัคซีน หลังแอสตร้าเซนเนก้าไม่เข้าเป้า พร้อมอัดมาตรการเยียวยาเพิ่มด่วน
วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2564 นายสุพันธ์ุ มงคลสุธี ประธาน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท. ) เปิดเผยว่า กรณีที่มีราชกิจจาประกาศพื้นที่ล็อกดาวน์เพิ่มเติม 3 จังหวัด จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จังหวัดชลบุรี จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยามีผลบังคับใช้ 20 กรกฎาคม 2564 นั้น ถ้าหากยังใช้มาตรการเท่าเดิมเพียงแค่ขยายพื้นที่ ทางภาคเอกชนยอมรับได้ ภาคการผลิตยังไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ แต่หากเพิ่มมาตรการควบคุมอื่นด้วยก็ต้องพิจารณาอีกครั้ง 
แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญ คือ มาตรการควบคุมสถานการณ์โดยเฉพาะการเพิ่มการตรวจคัดแยก เชิงรุก โดยใช้ antigen rapid test เพื่อคัดแยกคนที่แข็งแรงออกจากคนที่ป่วย ตามที่นายกรัฐมนตรีมีนโยบายว่าจะให้ทำแต่ละบ้าน ในกลุ่มเสี่ยง จะเริ่มได้เมื่อไร หากยิ่งดำเนินการได้เร็วเพียงใดยิ่งดี จะเป็นการลดโอกาสการแพร่เชื้อที่กำลังขยายวงกว้าง ซึ่งผมห่วงว่ายิ่งช้าจะทำให้มีการไปรอคิวเพื่อตรวจเชื้อ จนคนหนาแน่น อาจจะทำให้มีผู้ที่ติดเชื้อเพิ่มขึ้นอีก
เช่นเดียวกับแผนการจัดหาและกระจายวัคซีนโดยเฉพาะการจัดหาวัคซีน เพื่อมาชดเชยวัคซีนแอสตร้าเซนเนก้า ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามแผนจะส่งให้ไทย เดือนละ 10 ล้านโดส เมื่อไม่ได้จะแก้ไขอย่างไร ตอนนี้เรายังไม่เห็นแผนวัคซีน ก่อนหน้านี้เราเคยเห็นแผนวัคซีน ควรให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องนี้ หากไม่มีวัคซีนการแพร่ระบาดไม่ลดลงอยู่ดี 
“ขณะที่มาตรการเยียวยาก็จะต้องมีการเตรียมพร้อมแบบคู่ขนานไปด้วย หากใช้มาตรการชุดเดิมที่เคยใช้ใน 10 จังหวัดที่ล็อกดาวน์ มองว่าบางมาตรการยังไม่มีรายละเอียดในทางปฏิบัติ เช่น การลดค่าน้ำค่าไฟจะลดในอัตราเท่าไหร่ ก็ยังไม่ทราบแน่ชัด หรือบางมาตรการได้เพียงแค่ระยะสั้นเช่นการพักหนี้ 2 เดือน คิดว่าไม่น่าจะเพียงพอ หากมีผู้ได้รับผลกระทบเพิ่มขึ้นรัฐบาลก็ควรจะต้องเตรียมมาตรการในส่วนนี้ด้วย”
นายวิศิษฐ์ ลิ้มลือชา รองประธานกรรมการหอการค้าไทย และประธานคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์อาหารแปรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต และประธานประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เปิดเผยว่า ถ้าหากยังเป็นมาตรการที่เหมือนกับที่เคยใช้ในเมษายนปีที่แล้ว ยังผลิตสินค้าได้
เพราะไม่ได้ตัดระบบการผลิตและการขนส่ง เพียงแต่การทำงานที่มี 2 กะ ทางโรงงานจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารให้ดี โดยเฉพาะสำหรับการผ่านด่าน ส่วนในเรื่องความปลอดภัยของคนขับรถมีมาตรการใช้มาตลอดอยู่แล้ว
