Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneshwar launched as Khelo India State Centre of Excellence 39 New Delhi: Union Minister of Sports & Youth Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju virtually inaugurated 8 Khelo India State Centres of Excellence (KISCEs) across India in the presence of distinguished State Ministers on Tuesday. The 8 States include: Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Kerala, Telangana, Nagaland, Karnataka and Odisha. Shri Rijiju and Sh. Tusharkanti Behera, Hon’ble Minister, Sports & Youth Services, jointly unveiled the virtual foundation stone at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneshwar.
