Specialty insurer AmTrust Financial Services reported that Jeffrey Batt and Michelle Ingrassia have joined its cyber insurance team headed by Aaron Basilius, senior vice president, Cyber.
Batt joins AmTrust from M&T Bank where he was the Cyber Insurance practice leader. Previously, he was vice president in the Marsh cyber practice. From 2010-2016, he was an associate deputy general counsel at the U.S. Department of Defense. As vice president, head of Cyber Strategy & Innovation at AmTrust, Batt will be responsible for AmTrust’s engagement with its customers and business partners and creating risk solutions. ....
