16 March 2021 17:33 GMT Biometric handheld and tablet specialist BioRugged and Vezion Group, a Malaysia based technology consultancy group, have signed a strategic partnership for the Malaysian and South-East Asian market. Under the terms of the agreement Vezion Group will be an authorized reseller of BioRugged rugged product lines, whereas BioRugged will benefit from Vezions expertise in border control, passport and electronic payment systems. “Vezion will help us to further sharpen our product offerings for the SE Asian market and will allow us to enter into new verticals,” says BioRugged’s CEO Arnd Langguth. “We approached BioRugged due to their excellent reputation in Africa and Latin America,“ adds Michael Choong, MD of Vezion, “and what started as a discussion about Border Control quickly brought us into joint opportunities in other sectors.
