In this study, we investigated the expression pattern of CCDC144NL-AS1 using human HCC tissues, and explored the underlying mechanism from the epigenetic pathway. We also estimated the therapy value of CCDC144NL-AS1 using HCC mouse model. Our study may provide novel therapeutic targets for HCC treatment to improve the prognosis of HCC. Patients and Methods Tissue Collection From April 2014 to December 2015, 135 pairs of HCC tissues and the matched adjacent normal tissues were collected from the Department of Infectious Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Patients who received treatments before or complicated with distant metastasis or other systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular, or cerebrovascular diseases were excluded from this study. ....
