N. Korean hackers stole US$ 316 mil. in virtual assets from 2019 to '20 to fund nuclear program: UN reportNews

North Korean hackers reportedly stole 316 million U.S. dollars' worth of virtual assets between 2019 and 2020 to fund the regime's nuclear ambitions.
This is according to a UN report compiled by a panel of North Korean experts, which explained the hackers targeted global financial institutions and virtual currency-exchanges to illegally acquire cryptocurrencies.
This was then used to support the regime's development of nuclear and ballistic missiles.
The experts also called for further sanctions against the regime for violating international law.
