California-based food truck Vuture Food makes a stop in Savannah

What if you could scarf down your favorite French fries or fried chicken tenders without nearly as much of the guilt?
A pop-up truck from California is coming all the way to Savannah to bring their own healthier version of junk food to local foodies at Southbound Brewing Company.
Vuture (think vegan and future) Food began as a plant-based food truck in 2018 in San Pedro, California, near Long Beach.
It was founded by Dominique Villarreal, who said he couldn't find the comforts of greasy junk food in a vegan form anywhere in L.A. He launched the all-vegan mobile kitchen to deliver plant-focused junk food delights to breweries and food festivals in Southern California. The project was soon received to wide acclaim.
