Vuture (think vegan and future) Food began as a plant-based food truck in 2018 in San Pedro, California, near Long Beach.
It was founded by Dominique Villarreal, who said he couldn't find the comforts of greasy junk food in a vegan form anywhere in L.A. He launched the all-vegan mobile kitchen to deliver plant-focused junk food delights to breweries and food festivals in Southern California. The project was soon received to wide acclaim.
