Citroen's new e-C3 could start from around £17,000 - but you won't be able to go too far between charges

The chunky and boxy new e-C3 unveiled today is expected to be priced from under £23,000 from launch, making it one of the least expensive EVs on sale - but an ever cheaper version could follow.
