joke? >> you know, i don't think it's a majority of people that use it but it's a very vocal minority. you may hear it anywhere from once daily to a couple times a day. >> commander liphold, what do you make of this from a command perspective? >> from a command perspective this kind of action isn't tolerated. quite, frankly, anderson, leadership starts at the top and there was a shortfall here with captain honor. but i don't know what the circumstances are. navy clearly adjusted course for a reason. if true, that he was relieved of command this evening it would be unfortunate. the investigation hadn't come to a conclusion yet. and i think we'll need to wait and see what happened. i think this is part of the evolving attitude the navy and all the services, quite frankly, will have to deal with. the navy went through a hard time with "tail hook" but hopefully this is an isolated event in dealing with the issues
