Police say the three assailants stabbed the man and punched the woman. Both victims are expected to be okay. Police do not have a detailed description of the attackers. grant we are now learning the identities of the father and son who drowned near Goat Rock Beach in Sonoma County. 31yearold Omar Hernandez and his son. Sixyearold axel medina died last night. The two are both from santa rosa. Coast guard Officials Say they were playing in the water when a big wave swept the child into the ocean. The father went after the child. But also got caught in the waves. Helicopter crews spent hours recovering the victims bodies as family members watched. Unfortunately, the father died at the beach. And the son died at the hospital. A second son was able to make it back to the beach. vicki a four yearold boy from redwood city died after being found in a hot tub at a resort in lake tahoe. It happened at the montblue resort yesterday afternoon. Deputies arrived and performed cpr. He was taken to the hospital and died. A federal Appeals Court judge in San Francisco is retiring amid Sexual Harassment allegations. Judge Alex Kozinski of the ninth Circuit Court made the announcement today. A total of 15 women claimed kozinski made sexual comments or showed them pornography and in some cases kissed or groped them. Most of the women were law clerks or student interns at the time at the time of the alleged misconduct. Two were a professor and a judge when they claimed to have been touched or groped. Kozinski released a statement apologizing. He was appointed to the court in 19 85. Sunday between some trees and shrubs and a sound wall along the i680 off ramp to capitol avenue. This concerned resident lives on the other side of that sound wall. Roy lives near fire. The flames were as high as the roof tops, we were worried the fire might blow into our neighborhood and burn our homes. So far there have been least twenty such fires in the area, stretching from near tully road to the milpitas border, mostly in North San Jose along 680 near berryessa and capitolavenue and near hostetter road. Both died after strong currents swept them to their deaths on Goat Rock Beach in Sonoma County. 31yearold Omar Hernandez and his son. Axel medina. Died last night. They are both from santa rosa. Coast guard Officials Say, they were playing in the water,when a big wave swept the child into the ocean. The father went after the boy. But also got caught in the waves. Helicopter crews spent hours recovering the victims bodies, as family members watched. Unfortunately, the father died at the beach. And the son died at the hospital. A second son was able to make it back to the beach. pam a four year old boy died. After being found in a resort hot tub in lake tahoe. Douglas county sheriffs got the call about the boy sunday afternoon. It was at the montbleu resort casino and spa. When they arrived. They found the boy and did c p r. But he was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Deputies say, this is being investigated as an accidental drowning. No suspect information was immediately available from police. steve a man was held up with a knife at twin peaks for his camera equipment. The robbers are still on the loose tonight. It happened saturday around 5 pm on twin peaks boulevard. The victim was taking photos when two men approached him from behind. Police say one suspect pulled out a knife and demanded the mans bag that had his camera equipment, cell phone and wallet. The robbers then ran off. This area is the site of a number of other thefts.
