Off-Work Cannabis Use Bill Moves on to California Senate

California Assembly Bill would prohibit employers from discriminating against workers, applicants for off-duty marijuana use, amend Fair Employment and Housing Act, make it unlawful for employers to discriminate for use of cannabis off the job, away from workplace.
