Southern storms: 20 million in the South are at risk of severe storms and tornadoes

Severe thunderstorms are likely Monday afternoon into Monday night  from east Texas into parts of the Lower-Mississippi Valley and Southeast, according to the Storm Prediction Center (SPC). Over 20 million people are under a threat for severe storms.
