Rwandan government official surreptitiously listened to St. Mary’s class discussion before removal
Today, President Tom Mengler of St. Mary’s University outlined evidence that two weeks ago the dictatorial regime of Rwandan President Paul Kagame, which abducted political opponent Paul Rusesabagina and has held him in solitary confinement since last August, traveled virtually to San Antonio to listen in on a St. Mary’s class. An individual in Kagame’s diplomatic corps utilized Zoom to join a class of St. Mary’s students, staff and guests meeting in the University’s School of Law.
