How what do you see right now in terms of health care deals . The health care m a landscape robust throughout 2016 early figures 2017 we see a robust pipeline of activity continuing. So i am i am looking at wires something just crossing we have a deal happening right now as we are sitting here, United Health acquiring surgical carry affiliates 57 a share creating a comprehensive ambulatory Care Services platform including primary care this is ambulatory business are there sects within health care busiest of that hours. Across the spectrum there is significant activity both in providers, suppliers, manufacturing, there are businesses really focused on middle Market Companies so we deal a tremendous amount with service providers, in that space, medical Device Manufacturers component manufacturers that service larger medical device companies. For a long time, you know, i am looking at the detail flow, and i assumed well when you cant see organic growth you acquire growth. And that was one of the issues for the economy, in general. Right. Part of the reason so many deals in 2015, of course, a record year why so much activity term of mergers in middle mark. Organic growth more difficult to come by in economy we have been operating in, across our portfolio middle mark borrow oers topline growth on average 9 last year almost four times what you saw in s p 500 companies. Not just our inmates, maria this is going to be a National Initiative working on a couple years sheriffs can respond not only Infrastructure Projects but to National Disasters what would i envision i think other sheriffs in the country would envision is the opportunity to give these inmates a chance to go to the wall, and and save taxpayers millions of dollars building it, with free labor, all voluntary be able to prevent people from being able to get in here, to work their way in illegally violating our laws committing crimes, and preserving jobs to the only for american citizens, residents but inmates released from prison. Is there a precedence like this have you seeng Something Like this are asked to do something on such a huge scale in terms of work . I mean, it sounds like a good idea, can it be controlled where youve got the inmates in one spot building you know billed something as massive as what we are talking about . Sure, one of the great things be sheriffs across the country we are doing this in communities, within our own counties, and to have a work camp would be i have somebody send me email said look i have five acres in near border happy to offer for work campsite you can set up like military temporary work sites officers accompanying inmates makes all the sense in the world not a problem one sheriff out west i believe a couple years ago had inmates trained to work fighting filed wires when inmates were done ended up becoming firefighters this is a rehabilitative promise that benefits america benefits inmates, and does a great thing for our country. Give the farm owner a tax break, for using the inmates, have inmates go out there work during the dahllof to volunteer to do it, you can even put a small portion of money in their accounts for when they leave also, offset some costs for prisons, and in addition to that, when done, they are going to be tired come back to the prison and less problems in the prisons at night, because they are working every day, and, going to need sleep to get back up go to work again, teaches the work ethic we solved the problem a winwin for everybody. What what those have you heard from donald trump on this idea . Sheriff . We havent heard back yet, we know that they are aware of it. And we will be i will be reaching out to people actually today and tomorrow to see if in fact there is any decision of interest in this but i got to believe look donald trump is doing everything he can to find ways not only to save the cost of taxpayers for government but also for us thinking out of box creative ways to make big wins i think this is a winwin all the way around kind of formula always looking for i you i mean the i i wonder, i mean Homeland Security department identified more than 400 miles along that u. There is no question, we will be working closely with federal government on this. But i will tell you that sheriffs do this every day, in their communities, it is not a difficult thing inmates are going to be lower level security inmates that are preparing for reentry into their various communities across the country, and as i said we do it every day, and i think it, it is something that absolutely can work and be a great cost savings for the taxpayer rehabilitative.
